Job Description: As a Graphic Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include creating visually appealing designs for print, digital, and website mediums.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:
• Design and Produce: Develop high-quality graphic design projects for printed and online materials, including: flyers, presentation decks, social media graphics, website visuals, and more.
• Adobe Suite Expertise: Utilize your advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to create effective visual designs.
• Visual and Aesthetic Excellence: Bring a strong visual and aesthetic background to your work, creating elegant and impactful designs that resonate with our audience.

Web Design
• Elementor Expertise: Demonstrate total expertise in Elementor to design and build high-converting website pages, including opt-ins and landing pages.
• CSS Knowledge: Utilize your familiarity with CSS to make design modifications and ensure websites are both functional and visually appealing.
• Web Hosting Knowledge: Preferred understanding of web hosting to assist in the deployment and maintenance of websites, including management of plugins and updates.

Collaborate
• Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and compelling visual communication.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated expertise in Elementor for web design.
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to design for both print and digital mediums with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with CSS for design modifications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative mindset with a passion for design and innovation.

Preferred Extra Qualifications
• Content Management: the ability to do basic content management like blog post updates.
• Familiarity with web hosting and deployment processes.
• Some knowledge of tool integrations—for example, integrating custom opt-in forms on websites, or connecting to CRMs.
• Any Experience in basic video editing.
• Any experience with data measurement—like Google Analytics.
