In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate with renowned hotels and resorts, crafting extraordinary interior designs that enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications in Revit, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and millwork details for luxury hotel projects.
• Generate comprehensive design documentation in Revit, covering all phases (SD, DD, CD), including specifications and schedules.
• Create and develop Families in Revit to support design initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in high-end hotel interior design projects.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories tailored for luxury hospitality environments.
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A portfolio showcasing your contributions to hotel design projects is essential.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with projects executed in California (USA) is advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely while managing multiple projects effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding quality.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
