The Manager of Real Estate Development Expansion and Acquisitions will be responsible for identifying and developing new growth opportunities for the company in the real estate development sector. This includes acquiring new lands, forming commercial alliances with other developers, and exploring projects in various asset classes (vertical, mixed-use, etc.). The ideal candidate will possess strategic and negotiation skills, along with the ability to evaluate and capitalize on expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities:

(1) Research and analyze potential markets for land acquisition and new real estate development projects.

(2) Evaluate expansion opportunities in different asset classes, including vertical and mixed-use projects.

(3) Establish and maintain relationships with other developers, investors, and key stakeholders.

(4) Negotiate terms and conditions for land acquisitions and the formation of strategic commercial alliances.

(5) Conduct market studies to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the real estate sector.

(6) Analyze demographic, economic, and market data to support informed decision-making.

(7) Develop strategic expansion plans that align with the companys long-term objectives.

(8) Collaborate with the development team to ensure a smooth transition from expansion opportunities to the development phase.

(9) Prepare detailed reports and presentations on expansion opportunities, progress, and outcomes.

(10) Effectively communicate expansion strategies and results to senior management.

Requirements:

(1) Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.

(2) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate development, land acquisition, or similar roles.

(3) Familiarity with land acquisition processes, market analysis, and real estate project development.

(4) Ability to negotiate favorable terms and build strategic alliances.

(5) Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative information.

(6) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
