Job Summary:

Were seeking a driven and results-oriented Associate to support our Business Development and Partnerships efforts in Costa Rica and the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs in the IT staffing, BPO and cybersecurity services sector.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Costa Rica (local accounts) and the US (international accounts)

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions in IT staffing BPO and cybersecurity services

- Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure seamless service execution

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

- Support the development of marketing materials and sales strategies

- Meet and adhere to monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships

- Proven track record of success in sales or business development

- Fluency in Spanish and English

- Strong communication, skills

- Ability to learn on the job and work in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Nice to Have:

- Experience with IT staffing BPO and cybersecurity services

- Knowledge of the Costa Rican and US markets

- Familiarity with CRM software.
