Role Purpose

To ensure the achievement of the Finance departments objectives, the integrity of the companys financial information obtained from responses to internal and external audits, as well as to propose strategic plans for the short and long term. This involves monitoring operational budgets, ensuring compliance with internal audit controls (CRISP), leading a high-performance team, generating commitment, and promoting its development.

Main Accountabilities
• Oversee and control accounting processes and activities, including tax audits (ensuring compliance with tax regulations), treasury, collections, and customs (monitoring DTPs On Time and cash collections).
• Ensure the integrity of the final information in monthly closing reports, in accordance with national and corporate accounting policies.
• Coordinate the billing and collection process for services provided to clients, in line with approved prices and rates; ensure adherence to credit criteria and terms, and monitor financial area indicators (e.g., DSO, over 90, credit notes, etc.).
• Optimize and control cash flow processes, manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, and oversee the distribution of funds in the company’s bank accounts.
• Supervise the acquisition process for goods and services, including risk analysis of fixed assets and insurance policies.
• Coordinate and report on annual budgets as well as projections and/or forecasts for the company; analyze and control costs monthly, and provide explanations for budget variances.
• Represent the company before local financial institutions, regulatory entities such as Internal Revenue, and other business-related authorities to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Approve payrolls and counterpart checks as internal controls, ensuring compliance with local payroll legislation.
• Ensure compliance with financial processes, global company policies, and internal control tools; alerting Management and/or General Management in case of deviations.

Requirements:
• Education: University degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a similar field, preferably a Master’s degree.
• 5 years of proven experience leading Finance teams.
• Knowledge of local and international accounting standards, taxes, customs laws, and labor regulations.
• Language Requirements: Fluent in English.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to work in a matrix environment with senior management.
• Strategic vision and ability to plan, execute, and control projects.
• Skill in managing data-driven information.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
